Completed in April 2022, this extensive refurbishment
of Grade II listed building Bridge House will create
light, and airy contemporary CAT-A office space which
will incorporate AET’s innovative and highly adaptive
underfloor air conditioning (UfAC) system across all five
floors.

Designed as a private members club, in 1930, by Frederick Gould and Giles Gilbert Scott, designer of the iconic British red telephone box, Citygate House has been lovingly restored to its former glory and returned to its original name, The Gilbert.

Part of the dramatic revival of London’s iconic skyscraper, Centre Point, this project, completed in February 2021, focused on creating the new London headquarters of Japanese developer and investor, Kajima.

This redevelopment of an existing five-storey 1950’s office building in the heart of Holborn, includes a single-storey extension to the roof, an extension to the office plate to the rear by 3.5m, and an extensive internal reconfiguration.

The Hoxton Hotel incorporates 192 hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and function rooms, as well as 4,000m2 of flexible co-working office space, the all within a sleek and contemporary building.

This comprehensive refurbishment of a drab, 1970s Government-owned office block (formerly Layden House) has transformed the façade and created 38,000 sq. ft of contemporary office space.

Since the installation of AET’s UfAC system and completion of the fit-out works, SAS’s staff have been able to move back into their new office environment. Many of them have already commented on the vastly improved working conditions.

This dramatic refurbishment, designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman architects on behalf of Kajima Properties, provides stylish, high quality office space in the heart of London, directly overlooking Coleman Street Gardens.

The extensive renovation of 72 Broadwick Street, due for completion in summer 2021, aims to make the building more attractive, sustainable, and accessible.

AET Flexible Space was specified to supply its UfAC system for this refurbishment of 24 St James’s Square, completed in early 2020. The design brief was to maximise floor-to-ceiling heights and enhance the double aspect interior.

AET’s excellent energy credentials and the reduced volume of building materials required for an underfloor system contributed to this project’s sustainable design.

Flax House is a five storey Victorian building with red brick , warehouse style construction, located on Adelaide Street in the Linen Quarter of Belfast.

Designed by Architect, Tate Hindle, the new building has a number of energy saving and sustainability features, designed to perform both during construction, and over the building’s lifetime.

Blackheath High School, an independent day school for girls and part of the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST) network, recently invested £18 million to provide new state of the art facilities including a new library and resource centre.

This new build offers 1692 sq. m. high quality office space with highly flexible, column free floor plates, and internal floor to ceiling heights of 2.8m.

Fully redeveloped in 2004, the building offers a blend of contemporary office accommodation with historical period features.

Film House is an iconic building at 142 Wardour Street in the heart of Soho and once home to the Associated British Pathé film company.

The Art Deco ceilings were left exposed creating opportunity for air conditioning and services designed to suit the functionality of the space.

The Shorelines Building in Birkenhead is a converted Victorian railway shed constructed in 1889 and fully refurbished in 2012 offering Grade-A office accommodation
