2000 Refurbishment

Fleet House, located at 57-61 Clerkenwell Road in London was fully refurbished in 2000. Headroom in the building was severely restricted and underfloor air conditioning was specified to overcome this and provide full air conditioning to the commercial offices, occupied at the time by Music Choice, one of the world’s leading audio broadcasters. 12 CAM-C units and 80 Fantiles serve the building’s three floors. AET also supplied the Nesite raised access floor system which was raised by 215mm to a height of 270mm from the slab to the top of the raised floor, in order to cater for the underfloor ventilation zone. The floor layout was configured as a mixture of open plan and cellular office space.
