The Cathedral Hill campus in Guildford is a conglomerate of three buildings of approximately 1500 sq. m each. AET originally supplied underfloor air conditioning to the 286 sq. m atrium area of Building 1000 in 2001. The equipment comprised 1 x CAM-15 and 1 CAM-C25 downflow units and a total of 25 TU4 Fantiles to serve two zones in the atrium area.
In 2015-16, the three buildings were acquired by Ediston Real Estate and Europa Capital, the combined property totalling 15,000-20,000 sq.ft floorplates. AET supplied like for like equipment to building 1000 as part of a full refurbishment of the space leased by Telecommunications giant, Avaya. The new equipment all featuring EC fan technology for enhanced energy efficiency and a new Flexgateway communications module to interface with the house BMS.
