The largest commercial bank in China, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) has adopted the concept of underfloor air conditioning in their Beijing branch due to its inherent flexibility, easy maintenance and ability to create healthy indoor environments and work space.
The raised floor plenum is used for the distribution of conditioned air supplied by a large central Air Handling Unit. The conditioned air is then introduced into the 3,400 sq. m. workspace using a total of 292 recessed fan air terminals, or Fantiles. The Fantile system is networked together and actively managed using Flexvisor supervision software. Used, return air is received back to the plant at high level.

Bridge House
Completed in April 2022, this extensive refurbishment
of Grade II listed building Bridge House will create
light, and airy contemporary CAT-A office space which
