Underfloor air conditioning was specified for the 7th floor of the building due to its flexibility and excellence of indoor air quality. CAM-C zonal downflow units’ supply conditioned air into the plenum beneath the Nesite raised access floor and this is introduced into the workspace by 90 TU4 Fantile units. Additional fresh air modules have been supplied which introduce external fresh air into the system and the whole system is controlled using Flexvisor IP software.
