Triangula Bastion is a distinctive mixed use development located in a prominent position on the banks of the river Daugava in Riga, Latvia which now hosts Latvia’s Playtech online gaming and sport betting business.   When construction commenced in 2000, the remains of the old 17th – 19th century fortification walls were discovered and subsequently excavated and preserved within the new building.  The Triangula Bastion was dated to 1727, pentagonal in plan and the smallest, yet highest of the bastions.

In 2017, the building underwent a fit-out for building owners Eurolive Technologies, the world’s second largest online gaming company.  Underfloor air conditioning was specified to introduce comfort cooling space to the four floors of gaming spaces, and a total of 8 CAM-C downflow units and 141 TU4 Fantiles were supplied to the 1500 sq. m. space.
